2. Data and purposes
Browsing the website
The website displays text and photographs hosted alongside its pages. It has no traffic analytics services, advertising pixels, embedded maps or newsletter subscription forms. Local preferences are described in the Cookie Policy.
The hosting service receives the technical requests needed to deliver the pages, which may include your IP address, requested URL, date and time, and browser information. Processing related to security and website operation depends on the hosting service used.
Voluntary contact
If you email the property, the recipient receives your email address, message and any attachments. If you call, you share the information needed to handle your request. If you choose WhatsApp, the chat opens on the external service: when you send a message, you share your number, available profile information and the content you choose to send with the property. The link prepares an editable message; it does not send it automatically. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
Searching for a stay
The date form does not send a reservation to the villa or save the entered details in your browser. On submission, it opens Booking.com and passes the arrival date, departure date and number of adults through the page address. Further information and the reservation are handled on that external platform.
3. Legal bases and providing data
For stay-related enquiries, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Any processing required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c).
The controller must identify the applicable legal basis for security and service continuity, including, where the conditions are met, legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), with the corresponding assessment. No consent for advertising or profiling is envisaged because these tools are not integrated into this version.
Contacting the villa is optional. Without the details needed to understand and answer your enquiry, it may not be possible to provide the response you request.
4. Providers and external websites
Email enquiries are handled through the property's email service. Data needed to operate the website is processed by the technical services used for hosting and access. The actual providers, their roles and any processor agreements must be confirmed by management before publication on the final domain.

The locations of processing and safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area must be completed based on the providers and contracts actually used.
5. Retention
The essential storage entry recording acknowledgement of the privacy notice is valid for 180 days; the animation preference lasts for the browser session. You can clear both through the website's cookie settings.
Management must specify retention periods or criteria for email and WhatsApp enquiries, hosting logs and any stay-related documents, based on its processes, applicable obligations and provider configurations. No unconfirmed retention periods have been assigned.
6. Your rights
